The representative who answered the phone was helpful and courteous. The information was given to the manager quickly as we received a call right after we hung up. The lock was never removed from the unit and the employee had already left. They returned in a timely manner to remove it so we could put our items in.

Awesome place! Nit yhe cheapest in town but, pretty close and what makes it worth it, is that you will receive a trailer to to assist in your move FREEð No one else in town offers that!

It was a very good service . We were coming late on Sunday evening, had not finalized the forms. and the truck had to turned in that evening or first thing Monday morning, So when be manager came and he lets us inside, finished the forms and open the gates, it really made my day. The facility was great, my only issue was between the call center and the facility having the same information about pricing, and specials, and what my exact amount to pay would be.
